So, the update on our Lindon home.... Well, we're back to the drawing board. (Sigh.) We found out earlier this week that the family living there could not qualify for the loan, and will be moving out May 1st. We decided to put our home on a couple websites For Rent. We've also got it listed for sale, and we'll see what comes first. (Still hoping it sells.)
What a crazy market it is right now! I guess we've been spoiled with a healthy real estate bubble for so long, that it seems strange when a house isn't snatched up.
Enough of that! I'll let you know what comes of it all.

I'm so sorry! What a stress! You guys will be in our prayers. Man seeing your home with the mountains behind it- sure makes me miss Utah!
